Total Balance Therapy is an in-network provider for Medicare, TennCare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN, United Healthcare, and Humana.
Physical therapy sessions are billed based on ICD-10 codes and CPT units and reimbursed based on the contracted payor fee schedule.
Cash services
In order to allow for a higher standard of care unrestricted by insurance requirements, Total Balance Therapy is an out-of-network provider for private insurance companies not listed above. Cash, check, credit, FSA or HSA is accepted.
Our goal is to keep pricing reasonable and comparable to insurance reimbursement rates for outpatient therapy. We do not want the cost of therapy to prohibit any person from receiving necessary care.
Clients are offered a detailed receipt of services that allows them to submit their own claims to insurance. For example, your payment may be applied to your deductible or flexible spending account.
